If you are looking to host a Bridal or Baby Shower, a Rehearsal Dinner or a Wedding Reception, Stonebridge provides a perfect setting. Corporate functions, business luncheons, and Seminars are comfortably accommodated and can be complemented by a number of specially prepared menus.

Clear Guidelines for a Professional Event Experience
The first step is to secure the date, room and time. You may reach out via email to the event coordinator John at janstis@stonebridgerestaurant.com or complete our inquiry form below.
Be ready with a few date options, the number of guests you anticipate, and the time of day you would like to join us, so we may lay out all of your choices. We can tentatively hold a date for you but you will only have a 48 hour grace period before it is surrendered and open to the public.
It becomes official once the private Room Fee of $49 is paid. (Please review the General Information listed on page 3 for frequently asked questions)
From there, once invitations are sent and you have RSVP's returned to give you a better idea of an accurate headcount, we set up an appointment to come in and finalize the floor plan along with the menu. (This can also be done via email or over the phone if more convenient).

Frequently Asked Questions
ARE PRIVATE DINING ROOMS AVAILABLE?
Yes. For smaller functions, we offer The Wepawaug Room. It has a seating capacity for a minimum of 25 guests and a maximum of 48 guests. The Wepawaug offers amenities such as a pocket door for privacy, a separate ventilation system, a separately controlled satellite audio system, and flexible seating arrangements. We also offer our Main Dining Room for gatherings ranging from a minimum of 40 guests to a maximum of 80 guests. From September through May, we have our Back Deck enclosed in glass to create The Solarium. Minimum of 20 guests with a maximum of 30 guests. In fair weather, we can also book your special event on our outdoor patio, The Falls. This location is truly one of a kind, adding the sight and sound of a rushing waterfall to your event. Please call for specific details and availability for each room.
CAN WE TASTE THE FOOD AHEAD OF TIME?
Yes, clients are encouraged to dine at our restaurant before booking their function. Most menu items on our Banquet Menu are also available on our regular Dining Menu. There are certain items, such as Prime Rib, that would not be available.
DO I NEED TO CALL IN A CONFIRMED GUEST COUNT FOR BANQUETS & PRIVATE PARTIES?
Yes, in most cases a guaranteed guest count is required one week prior to the event. For Buffets, you will simply phone in the number of confirmed guests (broken down with how many Adults and how many Children if a special price for kids is applicable). For Served Functions, you will call in your guest count broken down with how many of each entree (example: 10 Chicken, 10 Beef, and 15 Seafood). For all functions, your final bill will reflect the minimum adults for the room, guaranteed guest count, or actual number served (whichever is greater).
WHAT DO YOU DO WITH ANY LEFTOVERS?
Since The Stonebridge can not have control over how food is transported or stored once it leaves the property, it is our policy that we do not package any perishable food items left over from a function "to go".
I'M ON A TIGHT BUDGET, CAN YOU WORK WITH ME?
Yes, we are happy to work closely with clients so that they can stick to their budget. Please let us know your budget upfront and we can be sure to adhere to this amount. As a rule of thumb, the food you serve determines the final cost more than a sit-down dinner versus a buffet. Also, the day and time of your event is a determining factor in any discounts or specially priced menus we may be able to offer (example: a Saturday night dinner will have more stringent minimums than a Wednesday night dinner).
